Contractor Verification and Business Information

Information we obtain within the scope described above allow the entrepreneurs to make an independent risk evaluation and permit the limitation, or even total elimination, of unpaid receivables. The advantage in our proposal is that we collect the information to meet the exact and current need of a particular company – we never use the already given information again. Absolutely accurate, true and objective, the collected data is confirmed with official documents, just to meet the Client’s expectations. The information collected help:

  • initially verify the credibility of your business partner,
  • in the case of debt – define whether mediation and debt collection lead to a desirable effect and specify the chance of collecting the debt,
  • appropriately direct actions aiming at closing the case in a way effective for the Creditor in both tax and legal sense.

We especially recommend business entity information regarding:

  • current address and registration information, business history, changes, ownership and management structure, initial capital, changes to the capital, non-cash contributions, transformations, business partners, employment, banks servicing the company;
  • financial information (balances, professionally commented P&Ls );
  • information whether an entity is subject to arbitration, bankruptcy or liquidation proceedings, whether the company’s registration documents contain information on ongoing executions and recorded receivables;
  • information on real estate owned by a company along with land register entries and a relevant excerpt;
  • information on movable assets owned by the company/persons (including motor vehicles);
information whether the indicated company’s/person’s assets is free of bailiff’s seizure, bank pledges and other charges
